  A packet of information on obtaining the proposed Agricultural Preservation Restriction (APR) on the Tietjen property in South Amherst, which is part of Article 21 on the Town Meeting Warrant.  A cover memo from Conservation Director David Ziomek requests that the Select Board take two actions (make a formal announcement of the consideration to purchase the APR, and agree to reduce the State’s notification period from 120 days to 60) to hasten the process, should Town Meeting approve the article.
