So did the ACLU letter (sent Registered Return Receipt) have a time/date stamp of Monday, 6/16--because the ONLY member of the private 7/4 Parade Committee to get a copy, Helen Thelan, got hers that day via normal mail.
And if so, did the Town Manager mention it to the Select Board that same night when you went into (previously scheduled) "Executive Session"?
If not, why not?
Yes, the ACLU letter has a June 16th stamp on it.
No, it was not discussed in Executive Session. We didn't have an Executive Session.
