  A memo from the Principal Assessor to the Select Board, Town Manager and Assistant Town Manager, regarding 2009 property assessment values, and an explanation of their increase being attributable to housing sale prices remaining above assessed values (but with reduced volume compared to recent years;) with a booklet of the 2007 property transactions used to set the 2009 valuations. (The public hearing on the 2009 tax classifications - setting the tax rate by determining the allocation among the different property classes of residential, commercial, industrial, personal property and open space - will take place at 6:45 p.m. at  the 12/8 Select Board meeting.)
