  A letter to the Select Board from Comcast regarding pricing changes beginning December 1st; it notes that the same pricing info is being sent to Comcast customers

  A copy of Liv Baker’s notice of resignation from the Conservation Commission 

  A letter from the Public Transportation and Bicycle Committee to the Executive Director of the RideBuzz ride sharing program, expressing appreciation for presenting to the PTBC, and expressing support and encouragement for the program

  A thick packet of the ZBA Special Permit and Decision granting permission for the Levi-Nielsen development on South East Street

  A ZBA Special Permit, Decision and Notification of Filing, granting permission for Mercy House to have up to 16 church members living at the house at 367 North Pleasant St., next to the Mercy House church

  Notice of a Design Review Board public meeting October 30th at Crocker Farm School, regarding redesign of the Rte. 116 and Pomeroy Lane intersection

  A letter from the Salvation Army inviting Select Board members to be part of the kettle fundraising efforts, and saying that Select Board presence was appreciated last year (I had never heard of that happening.)

  An invitation to the HAP Annual Dinner, November 20th at the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield

Dinner at the Mass Mutual Center. Hmmm

And what's up with those Conservation Commission resignations? They only had one year left on their terms.

Per HAP: Yes. Fundraising and donor cultivation are obviously crucial parts of successful social service agency work.

Per the Con Com resignations: Both individuals are leaving Amherst, permanently or temporarily, preventing them from finishing out their terms.
