Select Board packet for November 10th
Contents of the packet received Friday, November 7th, for the Monday, November 10th Select Board meeting:
• The agenda -- Monday’s meeting is a short one, taking place for an hour before Town Meeting in the Music Room at the Middle School
• The motion sheet
• The same packet of info on the plans for parking changes and construction issues for the Lord Jeff renovation that were in our 10/27 meeting packet: a memo from the Town Manager to the Select Board describing the recommendation; a letter to the Select Board from Amherst College with a project map (turned out to be a letter regarding a different element of the project; the relevant letter and map were distributed at the 10/25 meeting as a correction;) a chart from the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission’s parking study (chart is page 12 of the PDF) regarding utilization of permit parking spaces in town; a copy of a Lord Jeff brochure describing the project

• An e-mail from me to the Select Board with two slides from the Facilitation of Community Choices Committee’s budget presentation: a graph showing the gap that exists between the cost of level service funding and projected level funding revenues, as well as revised projected revenues in case of a 15% State aid cut (this is the color version; the one in the packet is black and white); and a chart showing the best-case-scenarios for new revenue measures and how much they would yield in each of the next five fiscal years (Thanks to Alison Donta-Venman for the slides!)

• A memo from the Town Manager to the Disability Access Advisory Committee and the Public Works Committee, regarding an attached proposal and drawing from Amherst College for parking and street improvements on Spring Street and Boltwood Avenue, as part of the Lord Jeff renovation
• A copy of Lynda Faye’s letter of resignation from the Design Review Board
